Returns & Refunds Policy

Every Beauty BEE Skin product is made to help you glow with intention. Because our products are personal care items, we keep our returns policy simple and consistent for everyone.

Opened products

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened products cannot be returned or refunded. All sales are final once a product has been opened.

Unopened products

Unopened, unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email info@beautybeeskin.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return, and we'll reply with return instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.

Items damaged during shipping

If a product arrives damaged during shipping, we'll replace it. Please email info@beautybeeskin.com within 2 days of delivery and include:

  • your order number,

  • a short description of the damage, and

  • clear photos of the damaged item(s) and the packaging.

Once we review your photos, we'll confirm your replacement by email.

Wrong items

If you received an item you didn't order, please email info@beautybeeskin.com with your order number and a photo of the item, and we'll make it right.

How to contact us about an order issue

  1. Email info@beautybeeskin.com with your order number and a description of the issue (and photos, for damaged items).

  2. We'll reply within one business day with next steps.

  3. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Refunds apply to approved returns of unopened, unused items. Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method; your bank may take additional days to post it. Opened products are final sale and are not eligible for a refund.

Exchanges

We don't offer exchanges on opened products. Unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery as described above. If you have a question about a product before you buy, we're always happy to help you choose.
